Six unique guest rooms are tastefully decorated

Heather Suite

In the Heather Suite there are oak floors, antique oak and ash furniture, and a comfortable queen bed with no footboard (perfect for tall people!). The bed has an Abigail Adams matelassé bedspread with an ornate floral design framed by French scrollwork and finished with scalloped fringe (Source: Bates Mill Store).

The room’s bay windows overlook the fountain and pond to the north. There are two large antique oak chairs that were once part of a set located in a Freemason’s Meeting Hall. The room features art of some of our favorite artists: our son Nathan, and friends Frankie Gould and David Pavlik.

The bathroom is quite large (it was once the maid’s bedroom), and features a large two-person whirlpool with a rain shower, and a sink dropped into an antique oak mirrored chest of drawers.

Heather Suite Guest Review
"Staying in the Heather Room was a wonderful way to celebrate our 25th anniversary. We loved relaxing in the whirlpool tub with soft music playing in the background. The house and grounds were spectacular with all the surrounding colors of fall. We slept well! Thanks for a wonderful, refreshing experience (our first at a B&B). Great breakfast! Awesome conversation!"
